Why Buy Our Beef?

Customization Options for Your Beef Order

When processing a whole or half cow, you can customize your order with the following options:

  • Steak Thickness – Standard is 1 inch, but you can choose your preference.

  • Burger Patty Size – Choose between ¼ lb or ⅓ lb patties.

  • Brisket – Select trimmed or untrimmed.

  • Ribs – Keep them as-is or grind them into ground beef.

  • Chuck – Choose between roasts or steaks.

  • Sirloin – Select roast or steaks.

  • Ribeye – Get them bone-in or boneless.

  • Stew Meat vs. Ground Beef – Choose your preferred balance.

How to Order

1. Contact Us

  • Reach out online or by phone to start your order.

  • We’ll provide a Cut Sheet to customize your beef processing.

2. Complete Cut Sheet & Pay Deposit

  • Fill out and return the Cut Sheet with your preferences.

  • A $500 deposit secures your order.

3. Timing & Pricing

  • Processing is scheduled 30-90 days from your order date.

  • Final cost is based on hanging weight (CW) × $6/lb:

    • 1400 lb. steer → ~860 lb CW → ~500 lbs. packaged meat

    • 1200 lb. heifer → ~720 lb CW → ~450 lbs. packaged meat

4. Order Pickup

  • Your order will be packaged and flash-frozen per your cut preferences.

  • Once ready, we’ll notify you for pickup—bring a cooler or cool storage space.

Order Pickup

All orders must be picked up at our ranch at an agreed-upon time. We will arrange a date and time with you when we call you to notify you your order is ready for pickup. We will provide you with directions and/or a Google Maps pin to our location.
