Brazos Valley Beef is a Texas family-owned business committed to raising premium, pasture-raised beef and delivering it directly from our ranch to your table. Rooted in the heart of the Brazos Valley, we’ve built our operation on honesty, quality, and a deep respect for the animals and land we steward.

We launched Brazos Valley Beef in 2025 as an extension of our long-standing yearling cattle operation. After years of selling calves into the conventional supply chain, we grew frustrated seeing grocery stores charge premium prices for beef that often lacks the care, quality, and transparency families deserve. So, we decided to do things differently — finishing our own cattle and offering beef directly to consumers who want to know exactly where their food comes from.

Our cattle roam on open Texas pastures, are grain-finished for consistent flavor, and are processed locally under USDA inspection. Whether you're stocking up with a whole or half cow or trying one of our curated beef boxes, you’re getting the same high-quality beef we serve at our own family table.
