Half Cow – 220 lbs of Finished Beef
$2,500 | $250 Deposit
Our half cow option is ideal for families looking to stock up on a substantial supply of premium, locally raised beef at a great value. Each order includes a balanced selection of cuts, flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for long-term freshness and easy meal planning.
What You’ll Receive
Steaks (50–60 lbs)
Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt
Approximately 40–50 individual steaks
Roasts (30–40 lbs)
Chuck, Rump, Arm, and/or Brisket
Approximately 10–15 total roasts
Ground Beef (80–100 lbs)
Packaged in convenient 1–2 lb portions
Approximately 80–100 meal servings
Other Cuts (optional)
Short ribs, stew meat, soup bones, and organ meats available upon request

How It Works
1. Place Your Deposit
Reserve your half cow with a $250 deposit.
2. We Raise and Finish Your Beef
Your beef is raised to full weight and prepared for harvest as part of our standard finishing program.
3. Pay Your Final Balance
The remaining $2,250 is due just before harvest, typically one to two months after your deposit.
4. Pickup
We will reach out to you when your order is ready for pickup and schedule a pickup time.
5. Enjoy a Year of Quality Beef
