Our whole cow option offers the best value for families or groups looking to stock up on a large quantity of premium, locally raised beef. Each order includes a carefully balanced mix of cuts, flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed for long-term storage and easy meal prep.

Steaks (100–120 lbs)
Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt
Approximately 80–100 individual steaks
Roasts (60–80 lbs)
Chuck, Rump, Arm, and/or Brisket
Approximately 20–30 total roasts
Ground Beef (160–200 lbs)
Packaged in convenient 1 lb portions
Approximately 160–200 meal servings
Other Cuts (optional)
Short ribs, stew meat, soup bones, and organ meats available upon request

How It Works
1. Place Your Deposit- Reserve your whole cow with a $500 deposit.
2. We Raise and Finish Your Beef- Your beef is raised to full weight and prepared for harvest as part of our standard finishing program.
3. Pay Your Final Balance- The remaining $4,500 is due just before harvest, typically one to two months after your deposit.
4. Pickup- When your order is ready we will reach out and schedule a pickup time.
5. Enjoy a Year (or More) of Quality Beef- Fill your freezer and enjoy nutrient-rich, flavorful beef with your family or share with friends.
